Shipping Policy

UK Deliveries

Standard UK Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Services:

    • We use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for UK deliveries, offering both standard and express delivery options.
  2. Charges:

    • Orders weighing 5kg or less: £10.00 flat per order.
    • Orders above 5kg: Contact customer services for specific postage charges.
  3. Dispatch and Delivery Time:

    • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
    • Expected delivery is within 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch date.
    • If your order has not been received within 5 working days, please contact us directly.
  4. Tracking:

    • Royal Mail: Orders may or may not be tracked and can take up to 5 working days for delivery.
    • DPD and DHL: Orders are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

Express UK Delivery Terms

  1. Charges:

    • Orders up to 1kg: £15.00
    • Orders above 1kg and up to 5kg: £20.00
    • Orders above 5kg: Standard delivery only. Contact customer services for specific postage charges.
  2. Order Limits:

    • A maximum of 5 pieces/units of any particular product can be ordered for express delivery.
  3. Dispatch and Delivery Time:

    • Orders received before 2:00pm: Processed and dispatched the next working day, expected delivery within 3 working days.
    • Orders received after 2:00pm: Processed and dispatched the day after the next working day, expected delivery within 4 working days.
  4. Signature Requirement:

    • A signature is required for express delivery. If the recipient is unavailable and the package is returned, the company is not responsible for any loss incurred. Delivery can be re-arranged upon contacting customer services.
  5. Shipping Department Hours:

    • Open Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). For example, an express order placed after 2:00pm on Thursday but before 2:00pm on Friday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  6. Potential Delays:

    • While we strive to meet delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., due to poor weather conditions).

  8. Large Volume Orders:

    • Large volume orders may incur additional shipping charges. It is recommended to discuss postage costs with customer services before dispatch.

International Deliveries

  1. Postage Cost:

    • Customers should contact customer services for confirmation of postage costs, as these vary by country, weight, and item.
  2. Delivery Options:

    • Non-tracked service with Royal Mail.
    • Tracked service through DHL.
  3. Delivery Time:

    • Please allow at least 20 working days for international orders to arrive.
  4. Tracking:

    • Royal Mail: Orders are not tracked.
    • DHL: A tracking email will be provided to show the progress of the order.
  5. Import Duties and Taxes:

    • Customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes upon order arrival. These charges must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for more information.
  6. Restrictions:

    • Limitations on what can be sent vary by country, including specific items and order values. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information.
    • We cannot refund shipping costs if the order is returned due to these restrictions.
  7. Carrier Limitations:

    • Our third-party carriers may not deliver to certain countries or at particular times due to political, governmental, natural disaster, or operational crises. In such cases, the shipment will be returned to our mail center and held until delivery is possible. Alternatively, customers can request a refund.
    • Some countries may be outside the service areas of Royal Mail and DHL. Customers should contact customer services for detailed information regarding dispatch to their desired destination.
